About Me
Hey y'all! I'm Lauren. I'm a birth and bereavement doula based in Central Kentucky. I'm a mom to a two year old little girl who I've been breastfeeding since she was about an hour old. I'm very passionate about birth advocacy, helping moms breastfeed & supporting them during their fourth trimester and beyond. I became passionate about birth in February of 2021 when I found out that I was pregnant with my daughter. I ended up having a glorious unmedicated water birth with the help of my amazing midwifery team and my husband. I would love to be apart of your birth team too!
